Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our service and how it works.

Does moving my phone inside my house count as "movement"?
The app registers "movement" when you travel approx. 500 feet (150 meters) away from your registered home location. On larger properties, the app might occasionally trigger a check-in alert if no significant movement away from the home is detected over the set period.
What if I am away for a long time, like on a vacation?
There is no need to worry. The service specifically monitors whether you have left your current location. If you are traveling and your phone remains at a different location (like a hotel), the "in-home inactivity" alert will not be triggered.
Does the app alert my contacts if I have an accident outside my home?
No. The service is specifically designed to monitor your safety based on inactivity at home. It does not track your safety or health status while you are out, and it should not be used as an emergency response system for accidents occurring outside the home.
What if I need to stay in bed due to illness? Will an alert be sent?
By default, if no movement is detected for 36 hours, a check-in notification will be sent to your phone. If you respond within 4 hours to confirm you are okay, the emergency alert will be canceled. If you need more flexibility, Premium users can easily customize the alert interval (between 24 and 60 hours) to better fit their routine.
What happens to my data if I stop using the app?
If you choose to "Delete Account," all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers. A final notification will also be sent to your registered emergency contacts to let them know that monitoring has safely ended.
Will my family be contacted immediately after 36 hours of inactivity?
No. After 36 hours of inactivity, the app first sends an "Are you okay?" check-in notification directly to you (via push notification, email, and SMS). Your emergency contacts are only notified if you do not respond within the 4-hour grace period.
Can my family see my location history?
No. To fully respect your privacy, your daily movement history and real-time location are never shared with your family or any third parties during normal monitoring.
